Prior to Atema, Josephine built an impressive track record across industries. At Nortrax/John Deere, she reconciled major conversion financial accounts, saving the company substantial revenue. At AmerisourceBergen and Dignity Health, she managed complex reconciliations, streamlined financial reporting, and resolved high-stakes billing disputes, safeguarding both revenue and client relationships. Earlier in her career, she managed customer service operations for an international telecommunications company, where her leadership in developing training programs, opening 24,000 new accounts annually, and boosting revenue by $1.5 million monthly underscored her results-driven approach.
