Klaudia M. Rybacki has been with Atema since October 2013 where she is responsible for monitoring and analyzing all financial aspects of the company, overseeing administrative staff and communicating and developing relationships with clients. Klaudia also ensures compliance with legal and company standards, monitors quality in project output and tracks overall company performance to ensure objectives and goals are met.

Her previous positions included managerial and financial work in quality print and reproduction services where she gained experience in business operations, accounting, business management, human resources and payroll administration. In her last role, Klaudia successfully monitored all production for efficiency and accuracy, prepared financials and sales reports and managed office operations.
