Klaudia has been with Atema since October 2013 where she is responsible for monitoring and analyzing all financial aspects of the company, overseeing administrative and accounting staff and communicating and developing relationships with clients. Klaudia also ensures compliance in legal and company standards, monitors quality in project output and tracks overall company performance to ensure objectives and goals are met.

Throughout her years at Atema, Klaudia has been involved in managing contracts to ensure compliance with financial reporting. Klaudia also manages HR functions including payroll, personnel tracking, a 401K program and a robust health insurance program.
Her previous positions included managerial and financial work in quality print and reproduction services where she gained experience in business operations, accounting, business management, human resources and payroll administration.

In her last role, Klaudia successfully monitored all production for efficiency and accuracy, prepared financial and sales reports and managed office operations.
